User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and current information when requested
Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access codes provided
Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Promptly notify us of any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account
Service Agreements and Payment Terms
All services provided by RT Cloud Solutions are subject to written agreements that specify:

Warranties and Disclaimers
RT Cloud Solutions warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. However:
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those explicitly stated in service agreements
We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party hardware, software, or services
We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Equipment and products provided carry manufacturer warranties as specified
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RT Cloud Solutions shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Interruption of business or loss of use
Damages exceeding the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
Issues caused by third-party products, services, or client actions
Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RT Cloud Solutions, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use or misuse of our services
Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
Your violation of any third-party rights
Unauthorized access to your systems or data due to your actions or negligence
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the provision of services. This includes:
Technical information, system configurations, and network details
Business strategies, processes, and operational information
Financial information and pricing structures
Client data and personal information
Confidential information may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or to perform contracted services.
Clients are responsible for maintaining independent backups of critical data
We recommend regular offsite backups and disaster recovery planning
RT Cloud Solutions is not responsible for data loss unless directly caused by our negligence
Backup and disaster recovery services must be specifically contracted
Service Modifications and Termination
RT Cloud Solutions reserves the right to:
Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
Suspend services for non-payment or violation of Terms
Update pricing with advance notice as specified in service agreements
Refuse service to any individual or organization at our discretion
Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for all outstanding fees and must return or destroy confidential materials.
Third-Party Services and Products
RT Cloud Solutions may recommend or integrate third-party hardware, software, or services. We act as a reseller or integrator for products from manufacturers such as Apple, Control4, Crestron, Lutron, Sonos, and others. Warranty and support for third-party products are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services:
Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation
If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
Legal action must be brought in the courts of Florida
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida
The prevailing party in any legal action may recover reasonable attorney fees
General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between parties
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect
Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
Assignment: You may not assign rights under these Terms without our written consent
Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control
